The services to be performed by CONSULTANT under this Contract include but are not limited to the services described in Exhibit “A” (hereafter referred to as “Schedule of Fees”), incorporated herein by reference as if written word for word. In case of conflict between the language in Exhibit “A” and this Contract, this Contract shall be binding on both parties.
