THIS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (the "Construction Contract" or “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2020 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the TOWN OF FIRESTONE, a Colorado municipal corporation with an address of 151 Grant Avenue, P.O. Box 100, Firestone, Colorado 80520 (the "Town" or the “Owner”), and LAYNE CHRISTENSEN COMPANY an independent contractor with a principal place of business at 1800 Hughes Landing Blvd., Suite 800, The Woodlands, TX 77380 ("Contractor") (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").
