Contract Type FiledFebruary 7th, 2021This contract covers the academic year in which the student is enrolled and classified as a fulltime, resident student. All Resident Students are required to have a meal plan and sign a housing and meal plan contract. Students who have roommates or share an apartment or suite may be required to sign a shared responsibility agreement in conjunction with this housing contract. Students who participate in Housing Selection during Spring 2015 and sign this contract to hold their selected space for the contract year 2015-2016 must show enrollment in Fall 2015 classes and be in good standing with Student Accounts for the 2014-2015 Academic Year no later than June 1, 2015 or the room selected during Housing Selection will be forfeited. Once the individual enrolls in fall courses and/or is cleared by Student Accounts, they will be permitted to select from housing spaces available.
