This Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into September , 2018, between: Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Defendant”) and Plaintiff Jin Nakamura ("Plaintiff"), both individually and on behalf of the Class (defined below). This Agreement is intended by the Settling Parties (defined below) to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (defined below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in what follows.
