The Kington Car Share Club (KCSC) is an Unincorporated Voluntary Organisation, which exists to reduce the carbon emissions associated with transport and to provide a cheaper, more resilient transport system for those with low car use. The club aims eventually to operate more than one car to cover practical work/business/holiday ve- hicles. A good balance of car pool members to vehicles to both will be required for good overall utilization and reasonable availability to meet members’ requirements.
