THIS AMENDMENT FOUR made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures, is to that certain AGREEMENT Number CPS0221-01 between the parties hereto, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” and is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and ASSOCIATES IN COUNSELING AND MEDIATION, an independent contractor doing business at 960 W. 17th Street, Suite B-C, Santa Ana, CA, 92706, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
