(a private 501 (c) 3 non-profit agency) (hereinafter referred to as “MVCDC”) located at 215 Horace Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402 and Miamisburg City School District, (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) located at 540 E. Park Avenue, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. MVCDC and Contractor jointly referred to hereinafter as “Parties”.
