On May 22, 2020, Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) entered into a taxable credit agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) with JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, New York Branch, and Bank of China, New York Branch (collectively, the “Lenders”), dated as of May 22, 2020, for a commitment to lend an aggregate principal amount of up to $950,000,000 in the form of term loans (each, a “Term Loan”) from time to time to be made pursuant to the conditions set forth therein. The Credit Agreement is available for term loan borrowings through May 22, 2022, unless otherwise extended or terminated, as provided therein. A copy of the Credit Agreement is attached hereto.
