In consideration of being permitted by the Borough of Franklin Lakes to participate in all Franklin Lakes Parks and Recreation Sporting Programs and/or Community Events, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damage for personal injury, disease, sickness, death or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in Franklin Lakes Parks and Recreation activities and Community Events. This release is intended to discharge the Borough of Franklin Lakes and Stateline Soccer Club, LLC., its officers, employees, coaches, volunteers and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in any Franklin Lakes Parks and Recreation sporting activities and/or Community Events even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of those parties.
