All agreements in this Business Associate Agreement are limited to the receipt and handling of Protected Health Information. Accepting the benefits of this Business Associate Agreement constitutes agreement by Client to the obligations herein stated regarding the relation of the parties as Covered Entity and Business Associate. This Agreement is otherwise a part of, is subject to, and is governed by the Provider’s Terms of Service and is only in effect while the Client is under a paid subscription for its service for the related Client data.
