This Escrow Agreement (herein “Agreement) entered into on the day of 20 by and among the University of Cincinnati (herein “Owner”), a State University created and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio; and (herein “Contractor”, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio; and PNC Bank, National Association (herein “Escrow Agent”), a National Banking Association, all being duly authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement.
