These meetings were instigated by Learning Event of case Mr G. This guidance aims to aid practitioners that are working with people who self-neglect, capacity issues and best interests guidance for what to do as well alerting to a resource which will help to decrease adults at risk from "slipping through the net" that may not be picked up by access and assessment otherwise.
