This Point Service Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) is being entered into as of the last date set forth below (the “Effective Date”) by and between the merchant identified below ("Merchant") and VeriFone, Inc. (“Verifone”) regarding Verifone’s Point Service. Verifone is providing the Point Service to Merchant through Verifone’s Reseller, WordStock (“Reseller”). All references to Exhibits A and B herein shall mean Exhibits A and B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
