This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of November 12, 2021 (the “Amendment Date”) by and between Fresh Grapes, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company” or “We”) and Jaybird Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensor” or “you”).
