This is the First Amendment to this Single Board Contract between the County of Santa Clara (COUNTY) and Services, Immigrant Rights and Education Network (CONTRACTOR) entered into on July 1, 2014, for the provision of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). The original contract was approved by the Board on June 20, 2014. This First Amendment is effective July 1, 2015.
