Representatives of the instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Óptica y Electrónica (INAOE) and Keldysh lnstitute of Applied Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (KIAM RAS) signed this Agreement in arder to initiate a scientific collaboration within the framework of the lnternational Scientific Optical Network (lSON) project for studies of space debris, asteroids, transient objects and CCD image processing.
