THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between THE ELBERT COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER (“County Clerk”) and «District» (“Jurisdiction”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” for the administration of their respective duties concerning the conduct of the November 6, 2018, General Election (“Election”).
