The Policies and Procedures are incorporated into and are an integral part of the Independent Marketing Director (hereafter “IMD”) Agreement. These policies apply to Team National, Inc. (hereafter “TN”) and related companies. Together with the terms and conditions contained in the IMD Agreement, these policies constitute the entire agreement between TN and the IMD. IMDs in violation of these policies may be subject to immediate discipline, up to and including, terminationof the IMDAgreement, IMD privileges, sales organizations, and compensation.
