This COST REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of September 25, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between O’BRIEN AND GERE INC. OF NORTH AMERICA, having an office and place of business at 333 West Washington Street PO Box 4873, Syracuse, NY 13221 (“Customer”) and NIAGARA MOHAWK POWER CORPORATION (the “Company” or “National Grid”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, having an office and place of business at 300 Erie Boulevard West, Syracuse, New York 13202. Customer and Company may be referred to hereunder, individually, as a “Party” or, collectively, as the “Parties”.
