In consideration of the mutual promises and representations herein and in order to induce the Arcada Community Association (“Association”) to permit the undersigned and other members of the undersigned’s household accessing, entering into, or otherwise using the Association’s pool facility during the COVID-19 pandemic, and so long as the California and County COVID-19 related health orders are in effect, each of the undersigned, on his/her own behalf and on behalf of members of his/her household who use the Association’s pool facility agree to the following:
