This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement ("Agreement") is effective as of the day of 2004 (the "Effective Date"), by and between ALLENDALE Telephone Company ("ALLENDALE") with offices at 6568 Lake Michigan Dr., Allendale, MI 49401 and Michiana Metronet d/b/a Centennial Wireless, ("Centennial") with offices at 6302 Constitution Drive, Ft. Wayne, IN 46804. Hereinafter, "Party" means either ALLENDALE or Centennial and "Parties" means ALLENDALE and Centennial.
