This License Agreement ("License Agreement") is made and entered into this day of , 2021 (the "Effective Date") by the CITY OF WINTERS, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, hereinafter called "LICENSOR," and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation, hereinafter called "PG&E."
