This Customer Order Form will form part of the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for the Software provided by OnePlace Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 39 095 762 655) of Suite 2, Level 2, 27 Belgrave St, Manly NSW 2095, Australia (OnePlace), if the Licensee accepts the EULA accompanying the Software. Any Special Conditions in this Customer Order Form will prevail over the terms of the EULA to the extent that they apply to the Licensee nominated in the Customer Order Form.
