WHEREAS at a Webb County Commissioner’s Court Meeting held on the 28th day of January, 2019, the Court approved and awarded a one year (1yr.) automated water meter infrastructure project and software licensing agreement pursuant Request for Proposal (RFP 2018-008), entitled “Advanced Metering Analytics Software for Water Utilities”, to Badger Meter Inc., d/b/a National Meter & Automation in accordance with Badger Meter Inc.’s responsive proposal/bid thereto.
