This Information Sharing Agreement (ISA) was originally put in place to facilitate information sharing between National Offender Management Service (NOMS) and the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) now National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC). It has been updated to reflect changes brought in by the Government’s Transforming Rehabilitation programme, which established the National Probation Service and Community Rehabilitation Companies as providers of probation services. It is designed to outline the support for appropriate information sharing between both parties. It is disclosable under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and is subject to copyright laws.
