This Agreement (this "Agreement") entered into by and between the City of Beacon, a municipal corporation having its principal offices at One Municipal Plaza, Beacon, New York 12508 ("City"), and E-Nable Business Solutions, LLC, a domestic limited liability company having its principal office at 22 Corporate Woods Boulevard, Albany, New York 12111 (the "Consultant”) (each, a “Party”, collectively the “Parties”).
