If you are the procuring cause of a sale, you will be entitled to a commission equal to the referenced co-brokerage share based upon only those commissions received by Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. Furthermore, Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty is not liable for brokerage fees if title does not pass, including but not limited to willful default on the part of the Seller.
