This Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into as of April 13, 2021, is made by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County”) Jamboree Housing Corporation, a California non-profit public benefit corporation (“Jamboree”) and its affiliate Help Our Mentally Ill Experience Success, Inc., a California non-profit public benefit corporation (“H.O.M.E.S.”) ( collectively, the “Grantees”), with the County and Grantees sometimes referred to as “Party,” or collectively as “Parties.”
