Whereas this AMENDED MASTER CLIENT AGREEMENT (the “MCA” or “Master Client Agreement”) for subscription-based research and related services is between Gartner Canada Co. of 5000 Yonge Street, 14th Floor, Suite 1402, Toronto ON, M2N 7E9 Canada (“Gartner”) and Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of British Columbia (the “Province” or the “Client”), and sets forth the general terms applicable to the use of Gartner products and services (the “Services”) provided to Client; and
