THIS AMENDMENT (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Brink’s U.S., a Division of Brink’s, Incorporated as successor by merger with Dunbar Armored, Inc. (“Brink’s”), a Delaware corporation with offices located at 555 Dividend Drive, Suite 100, Coppell, TX 75019, and The City of Missouri City(“Customer”) having an address of 1522 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, Texas 77489 is entered into as of August 4, 2021 and shall amend and be incorporated into that certain Contract Between Harris County Department of Education and Dunbar Armored, Inc. for Security Services, Supplies and Related Items, as previously amended and extended (the “Agreement”) for the Services to be performed by Brink’s for Customer under the Agreement.
