This salary reduction agreement shall remain in effect for the remainder of the current fiscal year and annually thereafter until either the employment contract is terminated or this amendment is cancelled by a signed written notice from either party to this contract. All such cancellations must be received by the Payroll Office on or before the first day of the month in which the salary deduction is to terminate.
