This document forms part of the XTM Data Processing Agreement available at https://go.xtm.cloud/legal/data-processing-agreement, or other agreement between a Customer and the Supplier governing the processing of Protected Data (“DPA”). Unless otherwise defined in this document, capitalised terms used within this document shall have the meanings given to them in the DPA.
