This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between each NYSCDA member camp (“Camp”) and the New York State Camp Directors Association, Inc. (“NYSCDA”), a New York not-for-profit corporation. In consideration of NYSCDA allowing Camp to become a NYSCDA member and other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
