Applicant does hereby covenant and agree that the District, its’ officers, agents, employees, members or representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or liability of any kind to any person or property caused by or arising from Activity, nor shall the District be liable for any loss, damage or injury from any cause whatsoever to the property or persons of Activity or any of its employees, agents, representative, or guests resulting from the Activity.
