Builder constructed the Home in accordance with the accepted building standards in the community of Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. For a period of one year following the Closing Date, Builder warrants the construction of the Home in the manner provided in this One Year New Home Limited Warranty (“Warranty”). Please be aware that this Warranty extends only to the items expressly contained herein and is not general or unlimited. This Warranty also expressly excludes any other warranties that may be implied by law. Section I of this Warranty describes the protection which the Warranty affords you, the Purchaser; Section II defines the terms used in this Warranty and sets forth the exclusions from coverage; Section III sets forth the standards for interpretation and operation of the Warranty; and Section IV outlines Purchaser’s responsibilities in maintaining the Home.
