This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the entities identified on the signature form. Under this Agreement, ISC resells Microsoft Products to Customers, as further described below. This Agreement is effective when it has been signed by both parties and accepted by ISC. This Agreement consists of (1) the terms in this Agreement (“General Terms”), including its appendices and all attachments identified herein and the signature form, (2) the Use Rights applicable to Products licensed under this Agreement, (3) any Enrollment entered into under this Agreement, and (4) any orders under this Enrollment. Any conflicting terms and conditions contained in ISC’s purchase order will notapply.
