This Class Action Settlement Agreement is entered into as of March 31, 2021, by and among Plaintiffs Mike Allen and Monte Pomroy, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class Members, on the one hand, and Defendants Dolgencorp, LLC and Dollar General Corporation (“Dollar General”)1 on the other hand (Plaintiffs and Defendants are each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
