This Agreement, dated is made by and between the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), a public entity in the State of California and the County of Los Angeles (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of California and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District (“District”). The MTA, the County and the District are referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.” As used in this Agreement, terms identified by initial capital letters shall have the meanings set forth Article 1, or as elsewhere provided in this Agreement.
