THIS GOLF COURSE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated as of , 2022 by and between the CITY OF ESCONDIDO, a California municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”), and ESCONDIDO GOLF, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Manager”).
