SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of July, 2017 (hereinafter, the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF HUNTINGTON PARK, a municipal corporation (“CITY”) and LAN WAN ENTERPRISE, INC., a California corporation (hereinafter, “CONSULTANT”). For the purposes of this Agreement CITY and CONSULTANT may be referred to collectively by the capitalized term “Parties.” The capitalized term “Party” may refer to CITY or CONSULTANT interchangeably.
