This Commercial Lease (the “Lease”) is entered into as of September 7, 2023, by GBP, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, whose address is 2020 Caribou Drive, Suite 101 Fort Collins, CO 80525 (“Landlord”); and the City of Cheyenne, whose address is 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Municipal Building, Rm 308, Cheyenne, WY 82001 (“Tenant”). In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this Lease and for other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, landlord leases the Leased Premises described below to Tenant on the terms and conditions contained in this Lease.
