This is an amendment to Charter made and entered into this 26th day of April, 2011, by and between Brevard Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor") and Odyssey Charter School, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as the "School"), a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida. It is the intent of the parties that this contract shall constitute the School’s Charter. The School’s approved application is incorporated by reference into the Charter as Appendix A. If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix A, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail.

This is a Charter made and entered into this twelfth day of -May 2009, by and between SCHOOL BOARD OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor") and THE CITY OF PALM BAY (hereinafter referred to as the ”CITY”), a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida. The City’s approved application is incorporated by reference into the Charter as Appendix A. If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix A, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail. When used in this Charter, the term “School” shall be deemed to be a reference to the City.
