This part applies to all trawlers of twenty-five tons tonnage or upwards, where the crew is made up entirely of share fishers. In line with Section 399 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894, each Master1 is required to enter into a Crew Agreement with each fisher whom he or she carries to sea as one of the crew.
