This agreement is made and entered into by and between The Curators of the University of Missouri on behalf of the University of Missouri - Kansas City, hereinafter referred to as "UMKC", and the person identified on the original contract, hereinafter referred to as the "Student." This contract is for the entire academic year consisting of both the fall and spring semesters or, if entered into after the beginning of the academic year, for the remainder of the academic year.
