This Solar Garden Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Argo Navis CSG1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ANCSG1”), and the City of Hugo, a Minnesota statutory city (the “Subscriber”). In this Agreement, ANCSG1 and Subscriber are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
