This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”), effective upon the date of the signatories below, is made by and between Monsanto Company (“Monsanto”) and the Class (defined below) (collectively, the “Parties”), in the matters Elisabeth Martin v. Monsanto Company, originally case No. 5:16-cv-02168 (C.D. Cal.), later transferred and given case no. 4:17- cv-02300 (E.D. Mo) (“Martin”); and Joshua Rawa v.
