WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Seller owns a shopping center containing approximately 10.434 acres, commonly referred to as Highpoint Square Shopping Center with an address of 24-74 South Weber Road, Romeoville, Illinois, and desires to sell same to Purchaser; and WHEREAS, Purchaser desires to acquire such shopping center and related assets; NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the parties agree as follows: 1.Property.
