Through this settlement agreement (“Settlement Agreement”), Plaintiff Sierra Club and Defendants United States Department of the Interior and Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (collectively “OSMRE”) hereby settle and compromise upon the terms and conditions stated in this Settlement Agreement, all of Sierra Club’s claims in the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) case, Sierra Club v. United States Department of the Interior; and Office of Surface Mining and Reclamation Enforcement (NDCA Case No. 19-cv-8288 JSC).
