Pursuant to Section 1229(1) of the Revised School Code and in accordance with the action found in the minutes of the Board of Education (the "Board") of the Williamston Community Schools ("School District") approves the employment of Dr. Adam Spina ("Superintendent") for a three-year period beginning July 1, 2021 and ending on June 30, 2024, according to the terms and conditions of this Contract of Employment as specifically described below. Any extension of this Contract requires the express approval of the Board.
