This Municipal Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 27th day of July, 1999 by and among the Towns and Villages, within the West of Hudson Watershed of the City of New York whose authorized representatives have executed this Agreement (the “Members”). The Members intend this Agreement to amend and supersede the prior Coalition of Watershed Towns Charter dated April 1991.
